If you do not agree, you must not use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

  • You must be legally competent to enter a binding contract under applicable law.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when requested.
  • You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account.

3. Services and Commercial Terms

The Services may include paid and free offerings such as cohort programs, workshops, digital resources, and community participation. Features, curriculum, schedules, and facilitators may change at our discretion.

Fees, billing terms, and refund conditions are governed by the applicable offer page and our Cancellation and Refunds Policy.

4. Payments, Taxes, and Invoicing

  • You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges for Services selected by you.
  • Unless stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, including GST.
  • You authorize us and our payment partners to process payments using your selected method.
  • Failed, reversed, or disputed payments may result in suspension or termination of access.

5. Acceptable Use and Community Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
  • Harass, threaten, abuse, defame, or discriminate against any user or staff
  • Upload malware, run automated abuse, scrape without authorization, or interfere with system integrity
  • Infringe third-party rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights
  • Share confidential materials from private cohorts without authorization

We may moderate content and take action, including removal, suspension, or termination, for violation of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Services, including content, branding, course material, software, and documentation (excluding User Content), belong to us or our licensors and are protected under applicable laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal or internal business use.

You must not reproduce, distribute, sublicense, sell, or create derivative works from our proprietary content except with written permission.

7. User Content and License

You retain ownership of content you post, submit, or share through the Services ("User Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute User Content only as needed to operate and improve the Services.

  • You represent that you have rights to share User Content
  • You are solely responsible for User Content and any legal consequences of publishing it
  • We may remove User Content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or third-party rights

8. Third-Party Tools and Links

The Services may include integrations or links to third-party tools, sites, or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party terms, practices, or content. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected and processed.

On termination, rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately. Sections intended to survive termination will continue to apply.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
